Corned Beef Hash


1 can of corned beef hash

1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded American cheese
3 oz can of mushrooms
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp oregano


Mix ingredients well and pour over slices of the corned beef hash.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Try it with fried or scalloped
potatoes on the side
