Rosemary's Cheesy Hash Browns







Mix Together:

2 lb bag of hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups diced velveeta cheese
1/2 cup melted butter or margerine
1 medium onion, diced and sauted in margerine
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Spread in greased 9 X 13 pan and top with:

2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter or margerine

Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.

You can make this ahead and refrigerate
it until you are ready to serve it.
