Salmon Loaf


1 can of salmon, de-boned and well flaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 tbs lemon juice
2 cups fresh bread crumbs or 1-1/2 cups dry bread crumbs


Mix well and place in greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve with veggies and rolls
