Spinach Souffle







Ingredients:

2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach (9-10oz packages)
1/2 pack of Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 pt sour cream
1/2 pkg of garlic or herb croutons


Preparation:

Mix ingredients well and put in a 2 quart bowl and sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
