Stuffed Shells


1 box jumbo shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
¼ tsp basil
½ tsp marjoram
1 pkg frozen spinach
32 oz tomato sauce


Cook and drain the shells
Thaw and squeeze/drain the spinach until it is fairly dry
Mix all ingredients
Put about 1 tbs of cheese mix into each shell
Place them into a 9 X 13 inch pan and pour the tomato sauce over them.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Serve with garlic toast

Try adding meat to the sauce and
topping it with mozzarella cheese!
