Dawn's Broccoli Casserole











1 lb frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced celery
1 can mushrooms
1 cup cooked minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz jar cheese whiz
1/2 cup milk


Saute the onions, celery and mushrooms together in 2 tbs margerine.
Heat up the soups, milk and cheese whiz until the cheese is melted.
Put the cooked rice and broccoli, mixed with the onions, celery and mushrooms
into a greased casserole and pour the soup mixture over top.

Bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes.
OR
Place in crock pot and heat till bubble, then turn to low and just keep it warm
until ready to serve.
