Scalloped Corn


1 tbs flour
1 tbs sugar
> 1 egg
1 cup milk
3/4 stick melted butter or margerine
1 can creamed corn (11 oz)
25 saltine squares


Mix the flour and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and milk together,
then stir in the flour and sugar mix. Stir half of the butter and the can
of corn into the mix.

Mix the crackers with the rest of the butter then sprinkle them on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

This one is a favorite with everyone.
